Trezzly.com Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Trezzly.com Affiliate Program. By participating in our affiliate marketing program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

1.1 The Trezzly.com Affiliate Program allows customers to earn commissions by referring new customers to our platform. 1.2 To qualify as an affiliate, you must first purchase a product from Trezzly.com. 1.3 Each affiliate will receive a unique referral link after their purchase, which they can share to earn commissions.

2. Eligibility and Restrictions

2.1 Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. 2.2 An affiliate cannot earn commissions from their own purchases or from purchases made using their own referral link. 2.3 Affiliates cannot earn commissions from purchases made by other affiliates using their own referral links. 2.4 Trezzly.com reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 The commission is 20% of the product selling price, distributed as follows:

• Level 1: 10%

• Level 2: 5%

• Level 3: 2.5%

• Level 4: 1.5%

• Level 5: 1%

3.2 Affiliates only qualify for commissions from sales generated through direct referrals within five levels. 3.3 Commission earnings will be tracked and displayed in your affiliate dashboard. 3.4 Payments will be processed on a monthly basis once the minimum payout threshold of Tzs 50,000 is reached.

4. Payout and Payment Terms

4.1 Commissions will be paid out via [Bank Transfer/Mobile Money/Other Payment Methods]. 4.2 Payments will be processed within 7 days of the end of each month. 4.3 Trezzly.com reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions for fraudulent or refunded transactions.

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1 Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent activities, including self-referrals, fake purchases, or misleading marketing tactics. 5.2 Affiliates must not use paid ads, spam, or misleading promotions to generate referrals. 5.3 Affiliates must not misrepresent Trezzly.com or falsely claim association with the company.

6. Program Termination

6.1 Trezzly.com reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms. 6.2 Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at Trezzly.com’s discretion.

7. Amendments and Updates

7.1 Trezzly.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
